Customers can provide equipment installation drawings or physical samples, and we can customize the overall dimensions, thickness, material grade and assembly structure of wear-resistant ceramic parts according to requirements. The development cycle of conventional customized samples is 20-30 days, and existing samples with conventional specifications can be provided to customers for working condition testing free of charge. The minimum order quantity is flexible. The minimum order quantity for a single product is 1,000 pieces, and mixed orders of wear-resistant ceramic parts with different specifications and models in the same order are supported, which can fully meet customers' full-stage procurement needs such as sample verification, small-batch trial production and large-batch stock preparation.
Packaging and Transportation
In view of the product characteristics of wear-resistant ceramic parts, we adopt standardized export protective packaging: each product is first wrapped independently with shock-proof and cushioning materials, and the outer layer is matched with thickened cartons and reinforced pallets. For bulk batch orders, solid wooden boxes can be customized for reinforced packaging as needed to minimize the risk of collision and damage during transportation. We support various trade terms such as EXW, FOB and DDP, and can cooperate with the freight forwarders and logistics channels designated by customers for delivery. The production cycle of conventional standard products is 30 days, and that of customized products is 40 days. During the production process, progress photos and videos can be provided in real time according to customer needs, so that customers can grasp the order production status throughout the process.
Quality Control System
We have established full-link quality control standards. All wear-resistant ceramic parts are produced in strict accordance with the drawings and acceptance standards provided by customers. Corresponding quality inspection nodes are set up for each process from raw material incoming composition verification to forming, sintering and processing. 100% full inspection is implemented before finished product packaging to ensure that the size, appearance and performance of products all meet the standards. We support customers to entrust third-party professional institutions for inspection and testing. All products come with a one-year warranty service, and full compensation policy is implemented for damage occurred during transportation. The whole process from production to delivery ensures stable and reliable product quality.
