We follow a thick-wall forming process combined with high-temperature, high-pressure sintering and CNC grinding. The wall thickness is significantly greater than that of standard tubes, resulting in a solid and highly durable structure. It offers excellent pressure and impact resistance. The inner surface is smooth and burr-free. This product is manufactured in the Yixing ceramic industrial region.
How our thick-wall process delivers high impact strength
We understand that heavy industry requires extremely durable components, so we have developed a specialized thick-wall production process. The wall thickness is several times greater than that of conventional tubes, and high-temperature, high-pressure sintering further increases material density.
This thick-wall design significantly improves resistance to mechanical shock and pressure. We do not simply increase thickness-we optimize both the raw material formulation and the sintering process to achieve better performance.
Each ceramic sheath tube undergoes pressure testing to ensure impact resistance and reliability. You can customize wall thickness, diameter, length, end treatment, and mounting structure.
